About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Atlantic Tax & Accounting handles information collected through www.atlantictax.net, online appointment requests, website inquiries, and tax-school lead forms on Facebook or Instagram. It covers these online interactions; it does not authorize the disclosure of tax returns or other confidential tax-client records.

Atlantic Tax & Accounting is located at 1000 E Atlantic Blvd., Suite 112, Pompano Beach, FL 33060. You can contact us at taxes@atlanticpompano.com or 954-785-1099.

Information You Provide

We collect the information you choose to submit when you request information, schedule an appointment, or contact us. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, class-time and attendance preferences, and information you include in your message.

The tax-school website form also allows you to name another student you plan to attend with. Only provide another person’s information if you have their permission.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank or payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive documents through tax-school lead forms or general inquiry fields. Contact our office for instructions on providing documents needed for tax services.

How We Use Inquiry Information

We use inquiry information to respond to your questions, provide information about requested services or classes, coordinate appointments or enrollment, and maintain records of our communications. We also use relevant information to administer our website, address technical issues, and protect against misuse.

For tax-school inquiries, we use your contact details and class preference to follow up about the course by phone or email. Submitting an inquiry does not collect a deposit or reserve a seat. We do not sell or rent the information you submit in an inquiry, or use it for unrelated marketing.

Facebook and Instagram Lead Forms

When you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides the information you submit to Atlantic Tax & Accounting. The form may offer contact details prefilled from your Meta profile; you can review and correct those details before submitting.

Meta also processes information under its own Privacy Policy. This policy describes our handling of the inquiry information we receive; it does not control Meta’s independent processing.

Website Technology, Cookies, and Advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads tags. These services may process information such as device and browser details, IP addresses, pages viewed, referral sources, and interactions with our website. Cookies and similar technologies can support website operation, analytics, and advertising measurement.

The website also includes a Termly consent-management integration. Where privacy or cookie controls are presented, you can use those controls to manage available choices. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features.

Google explains its processing in How Google Uses Information From Sites or Apps That Use Our Services. You can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center.

Service Providers and Other Disclosures

Information submitted through our website forms may be stored in the website’s form system and sent to our office for follow-up. Service providers involved in hosting, forms, email, appointment scheduling, website maintenance, analytics, and advertising may process information as part of providing those services.

Our appointment links use Acuity Scheduling. Information you submit through that service is also subject to the applicable provider’s privacy notice, available through the scheduling service. Google and Meta may process information for their own purposes as described in their policies.

We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to people’s rights or safety.

Retention and Security

To ask how long information about a particular inquiry is kept, or to request deletion, contact us at taxes@atlanticpompano.com or 954-785-1099. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal requirements.

No website, email system, or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. Please use the contact details below to report a concern and avoid sending sensitive tax or financial records through general inquiry forms.

Your Choices and Requests

You can contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop further promotional follow-up. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate recordkeeping reasons.

To make a request, email taxes@atlanticpompano.com or call 954-785-1099. Please describe your request without including sensitive financial information. Requests concerning information held independently by Meta, Google, or another provider should also be directed to that provider.
