Roger Gingerich, CPA, MBA
Owner & CEO
Roger, a proud Indiana native, brings decades of expertise and community passion to Atlantic Tax and Accounting. He graduated from Indiana University in 1985 with his Accounting degree and later earned his Master’s from Florida Atlantic University in 2004. After opening the office in 2003 with a national franchise, Roger chose to become fully independent in 2018—transforming the business into Atlantic Tax and Accounting. He is deeply involved in the Pompano Beach community and, when he’s not working with clients, you can often find him out on the golf course.
Michelle
Tax Professional & General Manager
Michelle is one of our experienced tax professionals and serves as the company’s general manager. Originally from Philadelphia, she attended ITT Technical Institute and has been with the firm since 2015. Michelle loves her dogs and is known for her dedication, leadership, and client-focused service.
Beatriz
Tax Professional & Office Manager
Beatriz, originally from Brazil, has been a cornerstone of Atlantic Tax and Accounting since 2017. As both a tax professional and office manager, she keeps operations organized and clients well cared for. She speaks Portuguese, loves to sing, and brings warmth and positivity to everything she does.
Martin
Tax Accountant
Originally from Argentina, Martin brings multicultural experience and strong academic training to the firm. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2023 with his accounting degree. A proud father who loves spending time with his kids, Martin is also fluent in Spanish. He has been part of our team since 2025.
Maurice
Tax Accountant
Maurice is a Florida native and one of our dedicated accountants. He graduated from Indian River State College in 2022 with a degree in Accounting. Curious and always eager to learn, Maurice brings fresh insight and enthusiasm to the team. He joined the company in 2024.
Oral
Tax Professional
Oral brings a unique international background to our tax team. Born and educated in Turkey, he holds a degree in Athletic Training and even played on the Turkish national water polo team for five years. He joined the company in 2020 and is known for his professionalism, love of travel, and fluency in Turkish.

Traci is originally from Minnesota and brings a creative, client-centered approach to her work as a tax professional. She is also a proud business owner, running her own hair studio, Traci has been with the company since 2022, and her warm personality, entrepreneurial spirit and commitment makes her a valued member of our team.

Cece, from Wisconsin, is a valued part of our administrative team. She joined the company in 2023 and helps ensure the office stays efficient and welcoming. She loves her dogs and is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
